Melissa is the Senior Practice and Operations Coordinator at the Payroll Group, where she helps keep client engagements organized, coordinated, and moving smoothly from start to finish. She supports the team behind the scenes by managing operational details, coordinating resources, and helping ensure our clients receive a consistent and well-supported experience.

Her strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through helps bring structure to both the client experience and the day-to-day work of the team. Melissa is passionate about building strong, long-term client relationships and making sure every engagement is managed with care and precision.
