Dorothy is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Payroll Group, where she leads the company’s vision to create a more strategic, technology-enabled approach to payroll. 

With more than 15 years of experience across accounting, finance, operations, and systems implementation, Dorothy understands how closely payroll is connected to employee trust, compliance, financial reporting, and business performance. She is focused on building a modern payroll services company that combines experienced professionals, strong processes, and technology to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and help organizations manage payroll with greater confidence. 

Dorothy is passionate about moving payroll beyond a purely administrative function and helping organizations build reliable, scalable operations that support both their people and their growth. She is also committed to creating meaningful leadership opportunities for women and contributing to a more innovative and inclusive profession. 

Outside of work, Dorothy enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and exploring new parts of the world.
