Donna is the Co-Founder and President of the Payroll Group, where she helps shape the company’s strategic direction, growth, and client experience. 

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Donna has built and scaled professional services organizations by bringing together strong teams, trusted client relationships, and practical systems for growth. At the Payroll Group, she focuses on ensuring the company continues to attract experienced professionals and provide organizations with the payroll expertise and support they need as their operations become more complex. 

Donna is known for her energy, relationship-driven approach, and ability to turn ambitious ideas into clear plans and measurable progress. 

Outside of work, Donna lives with her husband and three children and enjoys balancing entrepreneurial life with time spent with her family.
