Claire is a Director of Business Development at the Payroll Group, where she supports organizations from their initial inquiry through discovery and client intake. 

She also works closely with clients throughout their relationship with the Payroll Group, helping ensure their needs are understood and their level of support continues to evolve alongside their business. Claire brings a thoughtful and responsive approach to client engagement, with a strong interest in learning how each organization operates and where its payroll function may require additional capacity, expertise, or leadership. 

With more than seven years of experience in sales and marketing, Claire is skilled at building relationships, asking the right questions, and connecting clients with practical solutions. 

Outside of work, Claire enjoys travelling, hiking, spending time on the lake, and taking on new physical challenges.
