Ethan is the Operations and Systems Support Lead at the Payroll Group. He plays a key role in supporting the team by managing systems access, providing technical support, and helping coordinate internal resourcing and day-to-day operations. His work helps ensure our team has the tools, processes, and structure needed to support clients effectively.

With a BA in Business Communications from Brock University, Ethan brings a unique blend of communication expertise, systems knowledge, and process improvement to his role. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of the work and the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with practical problem-solving across a wide range of projects.

Outside of work, Ethan is an avid musician who plays in several bands and regularly performs across Canada and the U.S.
