Dawn is a Payroll Team Lead at the Payroll Group, where she helps clients manage complex payroll requirements across Canadian, U.S., and expatriate employee groups. 

She brings experience in payroll processing, compliance, financial reporting, human resources, and operational improvement. Dawn supports clients by strengthening payroll processes, improving documentation, addressing complex issues, and helping payroll, HR, bookkeeping, and finance teams work more effectively together. 

She also provides guidance related to employee onboarding, policies, internal controls, and the financial processes connected to payroll. An Associate Member of the National Payroll Institute since 2016, Dawn brings a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and dependable client service. Dawn most enjoys solving complex payroll challenges, creating streamlined processes, and helping teams build the confidence and knowledge needed to succeed. 

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, relaxing by the pool, walking along the beach, and preparing to become a first-time grandmother.
